Members sing 3 hours, non-members 2 hours — verified automatically via your WhatsApp number. Your membership card will also be checked in person on arrival and is for the cardholder's own use only; if it doesn't match, we reserve the right to cancel it or charge the non-member rate difference.
Booking & Refund Policy
Full payment is required to confirm your booking (headcount × unit price for standard rooms, or a flat rate for Deluxe/VIP/VVIP rooms). Availability is checked in real time at the moment you pay. Cancel 24 hours or more before your booking for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable.
