Information We Collect When you browse our website, book a room, register as a member, attend an event, make a payment, or contact us, we may collect: Name, phone number, email address and WhatsApp contact details; Date of birth or birthday month; Booking date, headcount, room, package and event requirements; Membership, points, coupon and spending records; Payment status, refund and invoice details; Customer service enquiries, complaints and correspondence records; IP address, device, browsing records and cookie information; CCTV footage from public areas of the premises. As a general rule, we do not store full bank card numbers or card security codes; such data is typically processed directly by our payment service providers. 2. CCTV Monitoring To protect the safety of individuals and property, we may install CCTV at entrances, reception, cashier areas, corridors and other public areas. We do not install CCTV in highly private areas such as restrooms or changing areas. CCTV footage is used only for security management, incident investigation, dispute handling and legal requirements. 4.
